Day 1: Discovering the energy of Las Vegas

The iconic fountains of the Bellagio lighting up the Las Vegas night
Start your day with a walk along the famous Las Vegas Strip, where the over-the-top architecture and themed resorts immediately set the tone for the city’s bold personality. Stop by the Bellagio to watch the iconic fountain show—it's free, runs every 15–30 minutes, and is especially magical after sunset. In the evening, head to the Fremont Street Experience for a completely different vibe, with live music, street performers, and a dazzling LED canopy light show overhead.
Day 2: Adventure beyond the Strip in Las Vegas

The vibrant red sandstone cliffs of Red Rock Canyon
After experiencing the bright lights of the Strip, spend your second day exploring the natural beauty just outside the city. Take a short drive to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, where you can hike scenic desert trails, enjoy panoramic views, and see the stunning red sandstone formations that contrast dramatically with the neon skyline. If you prefer something iconic, visit the engineering marvel of the Hoover Dam and learn about its fascinating history while taking in sweeping views of the Colorado River.

A note from Mercedes
I recommend starting early to avoid the desert heat, bringing plenty of water, and wearing sunscreen—temperatures can rise quickly, even outside of summer.
Day 3: Iconic sights & skyline views in Las Vegas

Spend your final day taking in some of the city’s most iconic landmarks and unforgettable views. Start with a ride on the High Roller at The LINQ for panoramic views of the Strip and surrounding desert—go during sunset for the most dramatic scenery. Then explore the canals and architecture of The Venetian Resort, where you can enjoy indoor gondola rides and detailed Italian-inspired design. In the evening, treat yourself to a world-class performance by Cirque du Soleil, which offers several spectacular shows in Las Vegas.
Need to know
When visiting Las Vegas, it’s important to remember that distances on the Strip are much farther than they appear, so wear comfortable shoes and plan extra time to walk between resorts. I also recommend booking attraction tickets in advance.
