Day 1: Exploring Dublin

Start your first day in Dublin with a relaxed stroll through St. Stephen’s Green or the city center, taking in the energy of its historic streets and vibrant culture.
Join a walking tour to get your bearings and hear the stories that bring the city to life, then make your way to Trinity College Dublin to see the stunning campus and the famous Book of Kells.
If you’re up for it, visit the Guinness Storehouse to learn about Ireland’s most iconic brew and enjoy panoramic views of the city.
End the day by wandering through lively neighborhoods, popping into a cozy pub for traditional music and a true taste of Dublin’s welcoming spirit.
Day 2: History, gardens & coastal views

Pick up your rental car in Dublin and start the morning with a visit to Kilmainham Gaol, where a guided tour brings Ireland’s history to life in a powerful, memorable way.
Then head south to Powerscourt Estate to explore the stunning gardens and take in sweeping views of the Wicklow Mountains.
From there, continue your scenic coastal drive toward Hook Lighthouse, one of the oldest working lighthouses in the world, where you can climb to the top and enjoy dramatic ocean views.
Day 3: Stepping back through time

Irish National Heritage Park
Begin your morning at the Irish National Heritage Park, where a guided experience brings thousands of years of Irish history to life through immersive outdoor exhibits.
Afterward, enjoy a short and easy drive to Kilkenny, a charming medieval town full of character.
Spend the afternoon exploring Kilkenny Castle and wandering the town’s cobblestone streets, filled with shops, cafés, and history.
Day 4: Castles, countryside & the journey to Killarney

It’s time to make your way west.
Make a stop in Cashel to visit the iconic Rock of Cashel, a dramatic hilltop site rich with history and sweeping views.
After exploring, enjoy a relaxed lunch in town before continuing through Ireland’s scenic countryside.
As you get closer to Killarney, your home base for the next few nights, stop in the charming village of Adare, known for its picturesque thatched cottages and storybook feel perfect for a coffee or quick stroll.
Arrive in Killarney in the evening, ready to settle in and unwind ahead of the days to come.
Day 5: The beauty of Killarney National Park

Spend the day immersed in the natural wonders of Killarney National Park, one of Ireland’s most iconic landscapes.
Visit Muckross House and its gardens, then continue on to scenic lakes, waterfalls, and peaceful walking paths.
Stop by Ross Castle to take in its historic setting along the water.

Day 6: The Ring of Kerry adventure

Head out for a day on the Dingle Peninsula, often considered one of the most breathtaking regions in Ireland.
Drive the Slea Head loop, where cliffs, ocean views, and ancient sites create an unforgettable backdrop.
Stop in Dingle Town for lunch and a walk through its colorful streets.
This day offers a perfect mix of natural beauty and local charm.
Day 8: Cliffs, coastlines & Galway energy

Leave Killarney and travel north, stopping at the awe-inspiring Cliffs of Moher to take in sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Continue your journey to Galway, a vibrant city known for its arts scene and lively atmosphere.
Spend the evening exploring its streets, filled with music, color, and energy.
It’s a shift from nature back to culture, in the best way.
Day 9: Galway charm & a scenic return to Dublin

Enjoy a relaxed morning in Galway, taking time to wander through the Latin Quarter, browse local shops, and soak in the city’s lively, artistic atmosphere.
Stroll down to the Spanish Arch or along the waterfront for a quieter moment before hitting the road.
On your way back to Dublin, stop in Athlone, ideally timed for lunch, where you can stretch your legs along the River Shannon or explore Athlone Castle.
Continue on to Dublin in the afternoon and settle in for a relaxed final evening before your departure.
Day 10: Departure

Depart from Dublin, taking with you a deep appreciation for Ireland’s landscapes, history, and culture after an immersive and well-paced journey.

Ireland rewards slow travel. The best moments often come from unplanned stops in small towns, where locals are quick to help, share a story, or point you toward a better view or pub than anything you’ll find on a map.
Expect genuinely warm interactions. People tend to be direct, friendly, and happy to chat, especially outside the major tourist hubs.
