My Travel Style
Since I was a little kid, my heart has been full of wanderlust. Travel is the one thing that makes me feel truly alive. I love to explore new places (close to home or a 20-hour flight away) and immerse myself in different cultures. Whether it’s eating my way through Italy or getting lost on the streets of Tokyo, I’m always up for an adventure. With 50+ countries under my belt (and a stint living abroad in India), I am fortunate to have traveled extensively for both work and pleasure. Now, I want to share my ‘off the beaten path’ travel knowledge with you and help you plan your dream trip.

I wish there was a way to sum it up in one word, but there is not. Our trip was OUTSTANDING, FUN, INSPIRING, EDUCATIONAL, WELL PACED, and STAYED WITHIN OUR PLANNED BUDGET. It was wonderful to have Meredith, the leader of our ‘behind the scenes’ team at Fora Travel monitoring our every move in case of any issues and they were there even when we weren’t expecting them. We especially LOVED the itinerary that detailed every step of our trip throughout the journey for our entire traveling crew.
Meredith listened to our wants and needs and fulfilled them and exceeded all expectations. We only had a few days in Sicily, and by listening to what we wanted to do and see, she planned four days of exploring, great hotels that met our three requirements: safe, clean and affordable. They were all centrally located so we got to use mass transportation in Naples for our evening tour, walk and explore Noto and enjoy the hustle and bustle of Taormina.
The 4 day weekend event in Ischia that Meredith planned for our newlywed children was magical. The location was beautiful and the staff at Botania were spectacular-they could not have been more helpful, available or accommodating. Every detail was attended to flawlessly. The events that you planned throughout the weekend were fun, enjoyed by all (even though there was quite a wide spread of ages) and led to a great group cohesiveness. Not a complaint to be had. The travel arrangements were flawless and every connection, transfer, and movement easily achieved.
I look forward to working with you again when we plan to go to Greece in 2027. And who knows, maybe we’ll be able to squeeze in another trip before then! We cannot thank you enough for your attention to detail, thoroughness, and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process.
Thank you Meredith for the excellent service, the wonderful experience and for giving my daughter and her husband a celebration of love that will never be forgotten! It could not have been better!

Meredith's level of service and caring were outstanding. She was so knowledgeable and patient with us. Meredith's communication level was excellent. She took the time to check-in with us to see if we needed anything, but more importantly, are we having a great time! Even when an unexpected train strike came along, I reached out to Meredith, and within minutes she had a solution for us. We didn't miss a beat on our trip! She also played a keep role in booking my son and daughter-in-law wedding celebration on the island of Ischia, it was beyond words. Since we arrived home, I have been singing her praises and telling everyone, if you need a vacation advisor, please contact Meredith at Fora! It is because of Meredith; we had a vacation experience of a lifetime which will not fade from our memories anytime soon.

Meredith did a fantastic job planned every step of this trip based on our needs/requests. We had a lot of requests and were traveling with small children so we were very concerned about ease of travel and logistics. Meredith made sure everything was accessible and that we had the right amount of activities to keep us busy without overwhelming us. We had a great experience and can’t wait to use her again.

Your Perfect Long Weekend in Cartagena, Colombia
Cobblestone streets. Colorful colonial architecture. Fragrant coffee. Street art, lively bars and restaurants and music clubs where you can dance the night away. Fresh seafood and ceviche. Island beaches and sunset boat rides. What is this place? It's Cartagena, the charming Colombian city on the Caribbean coast, steeped in history and culture and running on Latin rhythm.

How to Spend 5 Days in Mexico City
Have you been to Mexico City? If not, you need to add it to your travel list immediately! Not only is it a relatively easy destination to travel to from the States, but it’s also a city full of culture, history, art and incredible food. Combine that with year-round mild weather, and you have the makings of a perfect trip. Mexico City is a destination that is easy to do over a long weekend. Three full days will be plenty of time to get to know the city. (I will warn you, though — once you discover everything this city offers, you will want to return to experience more!). Keep reading for the 5-day itinerary I recently planned for myself and a group of friends to celebrate my birthday.

The Ultimate Skiing Guide for Jackson Hole, Wyoming
Jackson Hole is one of the premiere ski resorts in the country, and I recommend it to everyone who asks me where to ski or snowboard out west!
Why? Because the Jackson Hole Ski Resort does it right, they understand hospitality and the importance of creating a seamless experience for their guests.
The best way they do this is by limiting the number of skiers on the mountain each day. This means no lift lines or crowded trails. Combine all this with challenging and technical terrain, along with epic views (you are in the Grand Tetons, after all!) and you have the makings of an incredible ski or snowboarding trip.
Curious to know more about all that Jackson Hole has to offer? Keep reading to discover why this mountain town should be where you book your next ski trip.
