She is so kind, so uplifting, generous, helpful, & actually CARES about your stay and the celebration you are having. She is so personable & I truly feel like I’ve found a forever friend through her, with a really cool job we can’t wait to use her again for our next trip!!!

Melanie was simply a joy to work with while planning our honeymoon! She was patient, kind, and beyond helpful when I had no idea where we wanted to go! She created a once in a lifetime trip and we were just amazed by everything we experienced. She is efficient, trustworthy, and willing to do the most! Working with Melanie has been wonderful! I reached out with a specific resort in mind, and she provided details of that resort along with a few others I hadn’t heard of, and gave her top recommendation of those. After reviewing the options, we went with her recommendation, which exceeded all our expectations and has us daydreaming of when we can return! She answered all of my questions, looked into different room options for us, and created personalized packing lists and itinerary for the trip. I loved the small details in this! She nailed it! She is quick to respond to all emails, provides the perfect amount of details, and is always polite. I can’t recommend her enough!

We had an incredible experience booking with Melanie! As a family of five with kids of varying ages, we have some unique needs and interests, and Melanie was amazing at finding us the perfect place. She recommended the Bespoke Hotel Tulum, and it turned out to be one of a kind. The small, boutique hotel was perfect for our family, with private pools and a stunning beach and pool area. The staff was phenomenal, and the on-site restaurant was exceptional. Melanie’s attention to detail and thoughtful recommendations made our stay unforgettable. If I ever move to Mexico, you'll find me at the Bespoke, and that’s all thanks to Melanie’s fantastic expertise! I cannot recommend her any higher and I can't wait for her to book our next trip.
