I kind of dropped this trip on Lucy's lap at the last minute and she was so quick to respond and send options. She even got a reduction in the rate after booking. She provided great restaurant and sight seeing suggestions as well.

Having used multiple travel agents over the last 35 years, Lucy is the best. She communicates thoroughly from the first moment I interacted with her. I told her what I wanted to accomplish and she offered several options and advised me on travel options, restaurants, and hotel.
