Lisa took our nascent idea of a 20th anniversary trip to the Cook Islands and with her care and feeding it blossomed into a true bucket list adventure. Our trip to New Zealand and Australia included soul-satisfying activities fusing reasonable challenges (alpine helicopter ride, snorkeling among sharks) as well as immersion in nature (the Great Barrier Reef, feeding kangaroos) and art and culture (lunch in a sculpture garden, carving traditional Māori jade, learning about honey-making, enjoying delicious meals, touring the Sydney Opera House and the hidden graffiti lined alleyways of Melbourne, shopping for Australian opals). Our accommodations were consistently stellar, in perfect locations.

And throughout Lisa was responsive, patient, calming and sweet. We felt taken care of on every step of the journey. She isn’t in it for the money, but for the joy it brings her clients. You couldn’t ask for a better travel agent!

Lisa found us the perfect location for our family's Thanksgiving (and all of the other trips that she's planned for us)! Working with Lisa allows me to not have to worry about the details - including her great reminders leading up to the trip. She's taken the time to learn the likes / dislikes of each family member, finds the perfect spot and manages our disorganization through each step, plus she always surprises us with 'extras' like our recent upgrade to a junior suite! I didn't feel that other travel agents that I've used brought great value. Then I met Lisa! No matter the location, budget or travelers, I trust Lisa to make it the perfect trip and know that our family will love it! I even use her when friends visit us at because I know she'll plan the right trip for them and allow me to enjoy the visit. Next up, Kona and Greece!

Lisa somehow got us upgraded to a junior suite which was fabulous and so appreciated! And we were able to do a late checkout which really added a nice touch to our trip. We also were assigned a "dream team" butler duo who were lovely. Highly recommend Lisa — she is an expert and also a caring and lovely person.

Lisa was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting a hotel and then making great suggestions for our visit. Highly recommend her!

Lisa was immediately responsive to our request for assistance on this last-minute excursion to Rome. She was able to pinpoint exactly what kind of property we were looking for and provided all of the information we needed to compare our options. We ended up choosing the hotel she recommended and couldn't have been more pleased. Lisa's cheerful and efficient demeanor along with her personal knowledge of Rome were the perfect combination for assisting us with this trip. I would definitely use her services again for all of our travel needs!
