Laurel did a fantastic job of making our trip extremely enjoyable and stress free. Since our trip was multi phased it was complicated getting all the pieces to fit seamlessly. Laurel exceeded our expectations in choosing the right lodges and hotels. She worked out all the little details including the transfers so that’ll of the logistics were taken care of. She was flexible in assisting us on the planning of our itinerary which made it a comprehensive vacation trip.
