We cannot say enough great things about Kim Bates. She has now booked 11 trips for us, ranging from a simple weekend getaway to an unforgettable month in Italy, and most recently a fantastic week at the iconic Hotel del Coronado in San Diego. Every single trip has been seamless, thoughtfully planned, and an exceptional value.
What truly sets Kim apart is that she almost always finds us a better rate than we can get booking online ourselves—and on the rare occasion she can’t, she is completely transparent and tells us upfront. Booking with her is free, and on top of the lower rates, she consistently secures valuable perks like complimentary breakfasts, resort credits, and other special amenities that make each trip feel extra special.
Before working with Kim, we had never used a travel agent because we assumed it would cost more in the long run. We couldn’t have been more wrong. The reality is exactly the opposite—we save money, gain perks, and have peace of mind knowing every detail is handled by someone who truly knows what she’s doing.
Kim is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and respectful of our budget, and she always tailors trips to what matters most to us. Looking back, our only regret is that we didn’t discover her sooner. If you’re on the fence about using a travel agent, Kim Bates will completely change your mind—just like she did ours.

My husband and I wanted to stay in Hollywood for a birthday trip. We had tickets to a show at the Pantages and wanted to stay close by. Kim found the perfect hotel for us right across the street from the theatre, while keeping to our budget. She listened to what we wanted and found the perfect place. She was quick to respond, friendly, and super helpful. We are excited to use her services for more upcoming travels!
