Kelsey Kirgo

It was a pleasure to work with Kelsey on our cruise plans. We gave her cost and destination parameters and she delivered with a 9 day cruise that included cruising days at sea which we also requested. Kelsey kept us updated to our stateroom assignment (we had a guarantee room) and was also able to get us additional onboard credit beyond what was part of our cruise package. Throughout the planning process we felt Kelsey was always responsive to any questions we had. Based on this experience we will definitely utilize Kelsey in future travel plans.

Kelsey was amazing every step of the way. She listened to our needs and went above and beyond to communicate our itinerary, what to expect in each location, and when traveling in Italy in general. She suggested and, in some cases went out of her way to secure, amazing reservations for us - often overlapping with where the locals suggested that we eat / discover. Can't say enough good things about our experience working with Kelsey!

We loved every minute of our travel organized by Kelsey from Fora- Kirgo travels. Amazed by all the details which were thought through to maximize our experience : right timing to get the sunrise or sunset, tips to avoid the queues on events and attractions, details and ideas to maximize the fun of every day, the numerous upgrades she negotiated on our behalf on car rentals, hotels or attractions. Even the guide and tours where she picked the special experience avoiding the crowds. She listened to our wish and constraints and we got the best of it. Never had such a tailor made travel experience !

Booking with Kelsey is so easy and she has this "trust me you'll love it energy". It is very natural to work with her, and it is tempting to just let her take the reign as she never disappoints and always find this little something that you couldn't word you desired!

Amazing! Kelsey managed everything from A to Z. She only asked us "specifications" such as dates, number of nights, budget per night. She is a very good listener. With respected timing, she gave us several recommendations and booked everything for us. Kelsey takes care of her customers and their needs. She also sent us a link with a map with suggestions (bar, restaurant, café...). It was clearly useful. So thank you very much for all you did. It was great to have nothing to think about or plan for this trip in Vienna!
