Joslyn… from the first time we spoke on the phone with very vague ideas and details from me, she built us the perfect vacation. She consistently checked in with me before we traveled advising me on apps I should download, and when I could select seats on the plane. She immediately fixed a little overcharge we had received when we added a tour. She texted us on the day we were leaving to wish us well - and offer advice. And, when we had returned home- she texted to say “welcome home”. I do not hesitate to say, without Joslyn our vacation would not have run as smooth and easy going without all of the extra time she put into providing us with her undivided attention.
