Joshua is amazing. From start to finish he has been professional, helpful, and , readily available. He has an attention for detail. He not only helped with the cruise. He made sure our our stay in Puerto Rico before sailing was the best, transportation assistance when there was an error on my part, I will definitely be recommending him to others as well as using him again myself.

Josh was fantastic booking our 12-person group for dinners, giving us insights on shows, times and things he knew we'd love! It was fun to feel like we had a personal guide with us leading us each step of the way. He was extremely patient when multiple members of our party asked this same question over and over or didn't quite understand. He knew the group and worked hard to ensure each of us were able to enjoy the vacation we imagined. I've already booked with him again.

Joshua did an extraordinary job in handling all of the details of the cruise, excluding air transportation. He was able to keep our group together for the restaurant meals, he got all the excursions for us, transportation from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel to the ship. He made sure we all were having a good time and always asked if there was anything he could do for us. He certainly is an asset to your company and we wish him continued success in his career with Fora.
