Jean was extraordinary in providing us with many options ahead of the trip (hotels; tours; airport pick up/drop off, train tickets, etc..). She helped us navigate our way through planning the trip and the must see destinations along the way. During our trip we had some plans change at the last minute and Jean came to the rescue and found a solution for us very quickly. This took all the stress out of our experience and let us continue to enjoy our trip while she navigated our problem. All the tours booked were great. We highly recommend using Jean for any trips that you require planning an itinerary but want many options outlined to you with the must see's of course.
