Jaime helped us with the reservation and helped us with the sudden change of the apartment caused by smart flats. He followed up with us and made sure we were comfortable and in the right place. He was very attentive to us and our needs.

Four our friends gathering, Jaime proposed different options with pros and cons and advised us to take the Palladium white Island. And the best, he managed to accommodate the 5 of us in a family room (2rooms) at a very good price!!! We had a great weekend! To highlight all his support to our small issue at the check-in , that he managed to solve quickly A big thanks to Jaime
