Jaclyn was very professional and personable. She informed the hotel it was our anniversary and initiated the idea of a bottle of champagne in our room. She was prompt in her communication and was clear in what type of accommodations and extras we would receive. She was clear on price for parking ($60) which is comparable to other downtown hotel parking. I will use her services again and recommend her to others.
