She was very attentive to all our needs and concerns. She answered all the question we had and she worked with us over the many weeks of planning. I’m also extremely happy with The fact I was able to pay it in installments instead of all at once, so it was very good on our budget.

This is my third time using Jaclyn to arrange my hotel needs. Twice for local staycations and the other for international travel. On all three times Jaclyn arranged for us to be upgraded for free, and had free breakfast included, along with a usable credit. I highly recommend her as a travel advisor.

When Jaclyn booked this hotel, she recommended that I walk to the Museum of Contemporary Art. I enjoyed my experience so much there that I went back again, which was so easy to do since it was so close. It was a great pick for me.

Jaclyn was very professional and personable. She informed the hotel it was our anniversary and initiated the idea of a bottle of champagne in our room. She was prompt in her communication and was clear in what type of accommodations and extras we would receive. She was clear on price for parking ($60) which is comparable to other downtown hotel parking. I will use her services again and recommend her to others.
