My Story
I love traveling, and after a slower travel season since having 2 toddlers, I am working on showing my kids the world! I am based in sunny coastal SC between Myrtle Beach and Charleston in a vacation destination called Pawleys Island. It's actually where my family used to vacation, and we decided to turn our 1 week of paradise into our year round life. (Cue "Vacation" by the Dirty Heads)
I'm from Ohio, spent 8 years in NYC and have been to Charleston countless times. I'm especially delighted to share my lived experiences and local tips for these destinations. After being a go-to person for travel advice, I turned my passion into a profession and love it. I provide bookings and itineraries for whatever type of trip you want to experience. I look forward to getting to know you and helping your travel dreams become a reality!
My Travel Style
I'm often torn between revisiting the amazing places I've been and wanting to explore a new destination (so many places, so little time). I seek to engross myself in the culture wherever I'm visiting, which usually includes a high focus on delicious food and drinks. I love the process of researching where to go and what to do. Having options laid out ahead of time so I can make the most of my destination (thank you color coded pin drops in a saved map), but leaving myself space to not over schedule and instead enjoy time to relax, wander and explore. Just walking without an agenda is one of my favorite ways to explore, appreciate local architecture, and stumble upon some of the most interesting sites.

Bethany has been amazing! She was incredibly helpful and communicative along the entire process. Without her help we would not have been able to find such a great hotel or experience Italy in all of its grandeur. Bethany went above and beyond in helping to get us into the perfect hotels and then communicate in very detailed oriented manners. She verified with each location to have a baby crib and even provided us with extra 'upgrades' along the way. Her insight on how and when and where to stay was very helpful. I will absolutely tell others to use Bethany for their travel needs in the future!
