Amber Brady was exceptional. As this was our first time using a travel agent, we were totally naive on what to expect. Amber was very patient and kind even though I am sure ALL our questions were tedious. I was not familiar with Google docs so I totally messed up her very detailed reports. When we were in Mexico, I could not find my vouchers and Amber immediately responded to my request. Amber was very professional with all our needs!

Amber did an excellent job getting us this reservation. When we arrived the staff was there to greet us, collect our bags and the treated us like royalty. I totally appreciate Amber's professional handling of our reservation.
