Each unique email submitted through the form on this page will be counted as one (1) entry into the giveaway. You may only enter the giveaway once. You must be 18 years or older to enter. The physical prizes will to be sent to the address provided by the winner. It will be the winner's responsibility ensure receipt of the physical prizes and to coordinate with Fora for the use of the air travel credit.
The winner will notified via email before February 28th and have 5 days to claim their prizes by following instructions provided. If the first winner does not reply before the deadline, a backup winner will be selected until a winner successfully claims the prize. The winner will be announced to the Fora newsletter after a winner claims their prize.
