I'm Jaimie, an American proudly calling England home, and a travel advisor with a deep belief that the world's most extraordinary experiences should be within reach for every kind of traveller.
I founded my inclusive travel advisory, Radiant Routes, to do travel differently: immersive, intentional, and inclusive, without ever compromising on the adventure.

I’m passionate about curating unique and purposeful travel, with the comforts you expect on holiday. Active, off-the-beaten path, and sustainable travel are my specialties. I truly believe in the power of travel to bring people closer, whether it’s reconnecting with nature, discovering local cultures, or simply spending quality time together. With a deep love for adventure, accessibility, and thoughtful details, I’ll help craft a trip that fits you perfectly.
My clients are couples and families who want more from their travel; more depth, more meaning, more adventure, without the hours of research and the stress of logistics. Many have accessibility requirements that have previously made travel feel complicated or limiting. My job is to make it feel the opposite.

Jaimie is so talented at listening to your interests and hopes for a trip and translating them into action. I knew I wanted this to be a bucket list trip, but I didn’t have the time to research and plan to make it happen. Enter Jaimie, who made it so easy with thoughtful recommendations and truly considerate options for what was best for me. She kindly nudged me along to make sure we got a plan in place, and even helped with any of my last-minute anxious questions about logistics without skipping a beat. Jaimie was absolutely amazing to work with from the moment we booked our trip through the time we arrived back home. She was extremely responsive and proactive in all communication, which made the entire travel experience seamless and stress-free.
During the Mexico travel advisory, she even reached out to check in on how we were doing, which showed how much she truly cares about her clients. She also helped coordinate our transportation to and from the airport and stayed in constant contact with the transportation company to make sure everything ran smoothly.
Jaimie goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help planning travel—she makes the entire process easy and enjoyable.
