Gran Reserva Travel was built on a simple belief: how you experience a place matters more than how many places you see.
This is for those who move differently. Who understand that true luxury is not found in excess, but in access—to people, to perspective, to moments that cannot be replicated.
A Maltese restaurateur who lets you leave without paying, trusting you’ll return. An Italian café owner who insists your espresso be taken slowly, on the terrace, even if it means missing your train. Brian was incredibly helpful, personable, and a pleasure to deal with! He went above and beyond to make sure that our trip was planned out perfectly for what we wanted, and was even on-call to assist with some last minute hiccups to our itinerary. He picked excellent stays and made sure to find us the type of places that we wanted! We would ABSOLUTELY use Brian again for any future European travel!

Brian Zehr aka Brian once again took an concept I had and made it into a dream come true. He was able to make the wedding vow renewal an unbelievable experience. We had been working to make this trip work over time and I'm glad that I reached out to him right away when I found out I had a trip. He took his time with asking me certain questions and getting to know how close or far I wanted to be from the wedding couple. Because Brian has done numerous trips for me, he knew what type of room I was looking for and provided options just in case I wanted to change my mind for this trip. I didn't feel pressured into doing anything which made me want to try the high-end luxury room. He supported my decision and also kept an eye out on the prices to get the best deal possible, something I know I would not have been able to do on my own. For the flights, he knew which seat I preferred and noticed spikes in pricing (I went the same weekend the Bears played and so many Chicago Bears fans were on the flight with me. It was a fully booked flight there and back). Brian made sure that my hotel was ready to receive me and Conrad treated me like royalty because of Brian. He secured perks and welcome treatment that wouldn't have had if I didn't book through him. He made sure I had travel to and from the airport (which was a great experience as well). He checked in on me in the beginning, making sure I was ready for my flight, the room was up to my standards, anything of that he needed to address and if I had anything come up to let him know. Having that security is #1 for me. Brian has made traveling for me not just a vacation, but an experience and journey that seems to make me curious to do more and travel more. Thanks to Brian, the wedding party had the best time of their life (and they had never been to Vegas so they enjoyed spending time in the Conrad with me and my partner). Brian knows I am already looking for another trip and he will be my go-to to make it happen. Thanks brian for the experience and memories!
