As an expert in helping to offer solutions throughout my career, to a major travel enthusiast who has traveled the world, I actually enjoy spending the time doing all the work—planning, research, legwork, and building customized itineraries to managing bookings—that most hate to do.
I’m passionate about organizing immersive travel and solving my clients’ common travel pain points. I am always seeking the best local experiences, local food, and off-the-beaten-path locations. Hidden gems are my specialty, and I tend to plan my itineraries around exclusivity, boutique hotel accommodations, resorts, all-inclusive, cruises, and amazing destination weddings. My goal is always to present the “wow” factor by combining the client’s personalized goals and desires, and budget-savvy tactics with indulgence when the occasion calls.

Craig was so approachable and friendly on the phone that I immediately felt at ease with him. And I was ever so grateful for his help in booking a room, as making reservations on-line is not something I'm that experienced or comfortable with. And something about his relationship with Hotel Belleclaire allowed me and my friend to upgrade to a room that was only $20 more, but immediately available at 12:00 noon when we arrived, rather than at 3:00 PM, the usual check-in time. It was so nice for us to get all our gear into our room and to be able to regroup, before heading off to our 1:00 PM event. I highly recommend Craig Robinson, not only because I think he can get cheaper rates than if you booked directly with the hotel, but also because he does all the legwork for you, and truly enjoys his work. What more could one ask for!

Craig helped us navigate the selection of the hotel and tours with just the right amount of information. He was able to hone in on the things that were important to us in making this a memorable trip. Most importantly, he listened. We could not have been happier.

Working with Craig was awesome. He was very responsive and patient to my high-maintenance requests in my search for the optimal vacation. After we settled on a Disney cruise, Craig went line-by-line for us to ensure we had every detail planned. He made special requests for us for toddler accommodations, reservations on the boat, instructions and logistics, insurance details, etc. While we were on the trip, he checked in with us multiple times to ensure we were taken care of. We will be absolutely be using Craig again for future travels!
