This booking was amazing. I ended up stuck due to a weather delay that caused a missed connection. I was stuck for the night - and this hotel Angela found me was a walk across the street, great rooms, good service, and all the amenities of home I needed for the night. Awesome job! Made me not mad that I was stuck!
