Allison recommended the hotel as an upgrade to our trip to NYC. Well worth the cost to upgrade the hotel and thank you for the lovely room overlooking Central Park and the complimentary Coffee and Tea making cart. Thanks for always doing that little bit extra for our bookings, certainly makes the overall holiday experience more enjoyable.
