AJ made the experience so easy. I've worked with him for years - he always does. This time, he took care of everything, including booking flights and hotel. We even had an unexpected welcome package of food and drink in the room, which my kids thought was the coolest thing ever. This was a huge win, as we were all a little hangry when we finally checked in to our room. Within 5 minutes everyone had enjoyed some chips and salsa, the adults enjoyed a beer, and we were back in business.

This was our first time using the Privé program, and we initially joined as we were interested in elevating our hotel tier status. We were extremely satisfied with the experience.
The main reason for our satisfaction was the outstanding support from our advisor — prompt responses, accurate information, swift execution, and thoughtful recommendations. This level of professionalism made the entire process seamless and reassuring.
Going forward, we plan to continue communicating with him for both our family travels and business trips.
