Booking with AJ was a fantastic experience from start to finish. He stayed in close contact leading up to our trip, making sure every detail was handled and that we felt completely prepared. He also flagged that we were celebrating a birthday, which led to a thoughtful surprise waiting for us at check-in.
Thanks to his expertise, we were able to secure a room upgrade along with several extra perks that made our stay even more special. His attention to detail and proactive approach really set him apart. We’ll absolutely be booking with AJ every time.

A.J was wonderful from start to finish. It was a shirt turnaround from booking to travel. A.J replied within an hour of submitting a request for the property. I booked that evening. I ended up noticing that they had another promo for a longer stay. After reaching out to A.J he promptly cancelled our previous reservation and rebooked. Everything he did was done extremely quickly. He was very thoughtful to wish us a nice stay just prior to our trip and checked in to make sure everything was going well. I would recommend and will be booking with him again.

AJ made the experience so easy. I've worked with him for years - he always does. This time, he took care of everything, including booking flights and hotel. We even had an unexpected welcome package of food and drink in the room, which my kids thought was the coolest thing ever. This was a huge win, as we were all a little hangry when we finally checked in to our room. Within 5 minutes everyone had enjoyed some chips and salsa, the adults enjoyed a beer, and we were back in business.

This was our first time using the Privé program, and we initially joined as we were interested in elevating our hotel tier status. We were extremely satisfied with the experience.
The main reason for our satisfaction was the outstanding support from our advisor — prompt responses, accurate information, swift execution, and thoughtful recommendations. This level of professionalism made the entire process seamless and reassuring.
