Site Inspection: Family Weekend at Life House, Berkshires, MA
My family of 4 and dog spent the weekend at Life House in the Berkshires. It is only a 2.5 hour drive from the NYC area. The hotel, marketed as a writer's retreat, is a cute redone '50s style motel-hotel a few minutes outside the town of Lenox and near skiing and tubing (we went for the tubing). The common house is super gorgeous and cozy.

My family of 4 and dog spent the weekend at Life House in the Berkshires. It is only a 2.5 hour drive from the NYC area. The hotel, marketed as a writer's retreat, is a cute redone '50s style motel-hotel a few minutes outside the town of Lenox and near skiing and tubing (we went for the tubing). The common house is super gorgeous and cozy.

Morocco, in northwest Africa and bordered by both the Atlantic and Mediterranean, is a magical place of contradictions. The predominantly Muslim country offers families with children warm hospitality and interesting experiences.
