Great service

I really like working with Merita I was traveling for a special occasion and my flight was arriving late. She suggested a hotel that was not far from the airport that provided shuttle services, she is very personable, listens and communicate well.

Had a layover in Santiago needed somewhere to stay for the Night Merita help me with booking Century plaza, I was not familiar with the area she kept my safety in mind, the hotel is small but beautiful and clean the staff at the restaurant is very attentive and helpful. The food is delicious

I was traveling internationally and Newark was my layover i missed my first segment had to book a flight last minute, I called Merita explained what happened she was able to get me a room closed to the airport. She even went out of her way to contact the airline to locate my luggage that was on the previous flight, I was traveling for an important event. She's a great travel advisor She helped me tremendously it was quite a stressful situation.

A great advisor will help you to travel like a local, I was visiting Guatemala for the first time for my Birthday Merita came through, she got me in contact with local tour guides, did a cooking class, airport transfers, spa, market tour, dinner reservations she even recommended a local festival that was happening not too far from the hotel. I had an experience in Guatemala can't wait to visit again, the concierge made a mistake upon check out she was able to sort everything out.
