Headed up to UC Berkeley for my reunion at the International House. Had not been there for a while so was not sure where to stay. Joel seamlessly placed me at the beautiful Claremont Resort. Not only was it walking distance from my destination but it was surrounded by a beautiful forest like walk around campus. I love tennis and sports so I was delighted to find a large tennis and workout facility within the resort. Joel also worked with the concierge to plan some of the most beautiful hiking I have yet to experience. Finally, Joel worked with the hotel to make sure I was upgraded and had late checkout at 4 pm. I felt very well taken care of with Joel's superior planning and concierge skills. Excellence, is the word I think of when I think of working with Joel on my trips.
