Our trip to Spain and Italy was amazing! We have traveled out of the country to other areas and this was our first time using a travel agent. We fit quite a bit in an 18 day period. Everything was so organized and easy to follow in the Trip Plans app you set up! The way everything was laid out was great! Thank you Jaclyn for helping to make this a wonderful experience!

I’ve used a number of travel agents of different companies in the past but none of them gave the attention to detail or helpfulness as Jaclyn. Anyone can book you a hotel/transport/attractions but very few of them can do it in such a personalized and thoughtful way as she did for my last trip in Paris! There were so many small touches that I thoroughly enjoyed because of the expertise that she has and it exceeded expectations. Her stellar communication never left me unsure about any part of my trip. Every recommendation she made was tailored exactly to me and did not disappoint. Jaclyn was great throughout the entire process. We were a little all over the place on the front end of our process, but Jaclyn helped us as we worked through the fine-tuning process to land on our ultimate itinerary. Hotel recommendations were great. Even helped with dining reservations, train tickets and other logistics. Looking forward to our next trip.

We are not experienced travelers and are thrilled to share that our family of 5 seamlessly traveled Italy for 2 weeks by Jaclyn’s thoughtful planning of rooms, drivers, private tours and even helping us navigate a food allergy. She was a joy to work with and we are already dreaming of our next adventure. Maybe we will become experienced travelers after all!
