My Story
Hi, I’m Gary! I am a new LGBTQ+ Travel Advisor with Fora. While I may be new to the Travel Advisor role, I have 20 years of hospitality industry experience and taking care of your needs is my passion. Ready to plan a trip? Let’s talk!
My Travel Style
I love getting to know the history of a place, whether it be somewhere I am traveling personally or booking on behalf of a client. I also absolutely love to get to know the best local spots. I am a huge proponent of buy/shop local, and I want to continue that no matter the destination!

Chicago in Under 24 Hours
Chicago is the New York or LA of the Midwest (all while standing on its own, mind you!), and is a city where everyone can find something for them. The biggest names in music, sports, and entertainment frequent Chicago regularly. The food scene is incredible, and the art and culture is something that must be experienced by everyone. Don’t count this as part of “flyover country”, or you will be incredibly disappointed and will miss out on some incredible experiences.

Omaha: More Than a Flyover City
Omaha, Nebraska, is a true hidden gem of a city, right in the heartland of the United States. From the men's college baseball championship showdown to one of the top zoos in the world to being home to countless Fortune 500 companies, this part of the country is so much more than just "flyover" country. With some of the best food in the Midwest (and the country, in my humble opinion), and some of the best people (we're Midwest nice for a reason!), there couldn't be a more unsuspecting place to get away for a long weekend and do something you never imagined yourself doing: exploring Nebraska.
