Allie provided multiple options for accommodations, tours, & restaurants and ultimately provided an itinerary perfect for our family trip. She followed up with the hotel and tour operators before and during our trip to ensure seamless execution. She is a true professional and provides excellent client service.

She was knowledgeable about the local restaurants and secured great hotel upgrades including a $60 breakfast credit, a $100 property credit, early check-in and late check-out, and a room upgrade.
