Our flights were all good with a four hour time in Houston when we return from Mexico to go through customs. We were not forced to rush there. The shuttle bus that took us to and from the resort was nice and already scheduled for us.

Abigail was wonderful to work with - she was patient when family plans got altered and was able to make date changes for our travel plans quickly. She was organized and able to offer helpful advice when we had questions about our accommodations in the Seattle area. We greatly appreciated her make the planning of this trip easier on our family!
