A So-Cal native with Caribbean roots who is enthusiastic about traveling and booking amazing hotels in beautiful destinations around the world.
Travel Style
As a Hotel Developer and real estate project management professional with over 15 years of experience with planning, scheduling, and managing hotel, restaurant, and luxury retail projects, such as The Hotel Bel Air, Beverly Hills Hotel, and several 5-star Marriott properties, I have gained an immense amount of knowledge about the hospitality industry, including “insider knowledge” on new and exciting hotel openings, the best hotels to book based on room sizes, architectural details, chicest interior design, amenities, proximity to landmarks and attractions, best restaurants to dine at, and so on. Coupled with a passion for travel and research, focusing solely on luxury travel (affordable luxury to ultra-luxury), aka 4-star and 5-star hotels only, I have been able to effectively plan and curate one-of-a-kind vacations for me and my husband, family members, colleagues and friends in over 25 countries around the world, such as Barbados, Croatia, Canada, Grenada, Italy, Japan, Italy, Spain, and so on.
From researching the best destinations to travel to contingent on the time of year, finding the best hotel deals with the best VIP perks, figuring out logistics, and even booking travel solely based on securing hard-to-get reservations at a notable Michelin-rated restaurant—I am all about putting in the time to curate “the best trip ever”, based on your palate, interests, and overall budget. With that said, I would love to help you book and plan your next vacation, honeymoon, or business trip.
My Fees
Hotel Bookings: $0 - It does not cost any additional service fee to book hotels with me. The total price of the hotel is what you pay. All you do is tell me where you want to stay if you have a preferred hotel in mind but want special rates and perks, or I can provide a list of up to 3 recommended hotels with the best rates in your preferred destination. You give me the go ahead, then I book your favorite one, send you the confirmation email, get you set up as a VIP, and then you go on your trip that you planned yourself, et voila!
Concierge Services + Trip Planning: In order for me to source, book your reservations/activities on your behalf, after taking into consideration your likes, interests, and so on, as well as prepare and furnish a special, customized itinerary, a reasonable planning fee will be charged to account for the time it takes for me to research the best places and things to do during your dates of travel and ensure that they are available on the best days/time. I do all of the planning that way you can focus on just showing up and having fun without having to spend any time planning and arranging.
Rates start as low as $75+.

Tanya helped us plan an expedited birthay celebration trip to Mexico City with only one month to find and book hotels and create a detailed itinerary." She diligently and quickly helped us find the best hotel rates and helped us research flights, successfully securing the best deal. Even found us first class seats for almost the same price as economy class. She also helped us create a terrific itinerary! So appreciative of the suggestions and the detail! Loved all of her fabulous restaurant recommendations, which were so beautiful and delicious, activities and tours she set up for us, and the special treats gifted to my wife by the hotel for her birthday, the welcome note on arrival and the special desserts that the restaurants gave us to help celebrate all week long. We really enjoyed working with Tanya as our agent who helped us book three really beautiful hotels last minute (she only had about a month’s notice). Tanya worked within the budget we provided and gave us at least two choices for each of the locations we visited. In addition to this, Tanya worked swiftly to confirm our reservations, provided us with helpful information related to each hotel, and even provided us tips for maximizing our experience in Japan.
Tanya was very careful to make sure we had all the necessary information for our accommodations at our fingertips, and we were really happy to have all of our hotel booking information quickly accessible, as needed. The entire process of checking in to our hotels was seamless when we got there, so that was wonderful.

Booking with Tanya was an efficient and smooth experience. My group’s main communication with Tanya was through email. Her emails were clear and detailed. We gave her what she needed to find us great options. She booked our rooms and confirmed with hotels before we left for our trip. That was a big help and made our check in quick when we arrived.
