Rex Oliver

Rex was incredibly kind, informative, and patient with our many questions. We definitely needed and appreciated his help every step of the way. We had ideas of what we were looking for and he helped make it all happen. He provided us several options and modified those options when we had more questions. He was available every time I needed to ask him something and even checked on us before, during, and after the trip. He gave us great recommendations and packing tips ahead of time too, which I thought was extra special and shows he goes above and beyond. I’m so thankful we reached out to and worked with him!

I will always use Rex to book if I can. He is kind and understanding and so fast with communication. I thoughtlessly booked with a credit card that wouldn’t go through and he took care of the problem for me quickly and made it easy for me. I felt stupid but he was great about the situation. He gave me great recommendations and I trust him implicitly.

Rex did absolutely everything for us, and more! When I mentioned I wanted a fun little trip, possibly a cruise, he suggested a Disney cruise. I hadn’t even realized this was an option going out of Galveston. Rex not only pulled quotes and got everything booked for us, he made sure we had a high chair at dinner and bedrails in the room for our toddler. He also made helpful travel suggestions! This was our first big trip with a toddler and we would not have had such a smooth trip without his expertise! I will never go anywhere again without having Rex book it for me!

Rex listens to his clients and then makes miracles happen! He asks the right questions, and his thoughtfulness translates to a wonderful trip every time we use his services. I recommend him to everyone I know who’s planning a trip!

This was my first time booking with Rex Oliver and he did a fantastic job! He really has a passion for travel and for making sure his clients have a wonderful, relaxing time. I had several questions about booking, as well as what the next steps were, and Rex was so kind and patient and helped me through everything. Rex knows I have been very stressed with working full time and going back to school full time, and I was looking forward to this trip to help relax. He really went above and beyond to make sure this happened. Right off the bat, he was texting to ensure we made it safely to the resort! I had mentioned to him that we did, but I had forgotten my phone charger at home. He called the resort to let them know, and the resort, in turn, called me to ensure I was taken care of. Rex also knows that I love Champagne! When I got back from the pool one day, there was a chilled bottle of my favorite Champagne waiting for me! To top everything off on my last full day there, he had them bring up a cheese plate with a bottle of wine! These extra touches really made it a trip that I will never forget! Beyond all of this, Rex was also there to help me with any questions I had and to step in when he could. He even recommended a car service here in the DFW area (AJL) for getting to and from DFW airport. They were incredibly easy to book with and were very professional. Rex is also just there if you need some advice or guidance, if you are not sure what you would like to do or where to go for your vacation. His vast knowledge and passion for travel really set him apart from other travel agents, and I cannot wait to book my next vacation with him!
