Instead of renting a car, Rachel arranged a lovely transfer from Royal Champagne to our Paris hotel. We had points we could use toward the hotel, and Rachel provided top-tier service even on components she did not book herself. Her activity, restaurant, and museum recommendations were fabulous. Will always use her for all future trips.

Booked this last minute 2 days before we arrived. Found us amazing ocean view room with balcony when it showed it was sold out. Very happy with fast turn around and being able to get us everything we wanted.

Extremely attentive to all our needs concerns. Appreciate her in-depth knowledge on various interest areas, and recommend an amazing room with private garden patio. I am always pleasantly surprised by different promotional offerings, added room amenities and value enhancing service she provides us.
