I’ll be honest — Mauritius wasn’t always on my radar, in fact, before I moved to Mauritius I didn't even know where it was!! But life brought me here and after spending some time on this breathtaking island, I’m head over heels in love with this little rock in the Indian Ocean. The beaches are so pristine they look photoshopped, the water is so blue and so clear you can see to the bottom and all the fish in between, where every meal is a burst of multicultural flavors and the locals greet you with the kind of warmth that makes you feel instantly at home. That’s Mauritius for me — a little island with a whole lot of heart.
