Best experience ever, would use her a million other times, with the hectic lives that we have, Lourdes made this trip so easy, simply and enjoyable. She took care of every possible detail, was very attentive of our airport transfers, check in at the hotel, activities to do while in NY and even planned a surprise for my daughter's bday upon arriving at the hotel. I HIGHLY recommend Lourdes to plan and assist with any travels in the future, it makes the experience 100 times better and so easy.

Lourdes was absolutely amazing to work with! From start to finish, she made the entire planning process so easy and stress-free. As a busy mom with a baby, I just didn’t have the time to handle all the details myself, and Lourdes completely took care of everything.
She researched and planned our trip perfectly, keeping everything within our budget while still giving us an incredible experience. She was always one step ahead — quick to respond, super organized, and always available to answer any questions. Her communication was excellent, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless.
Lourdes is not only professional and efficient but also so kind and thoughtful. I’ll definitely be using her again for future trips. She’s the best!
