Kim was amazing from beginning to end. Her communication skills are unparalleled and she really made the trip extra special for us.
The extra perks of booking with her were better than anything we found on the Internet
We encountered weather issues on our return to the northeast due to a snowstorm, and Kim was able to extend our trip and reduced rate and we didn’t even have to switch rooms !
The Internet is great, but I find using a travel expert like Kim to be THE only way to go !
