Katherine was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL in booking our trip. She made the whole process very painless, and I feel like I put her to the test. I had to change my booking, and then apply gift cards, and she did it all with a smile and was so INCREDIBLY GRACIOUS! She sent out a Tips and Tricks guide for us before our cruise to make sure we knew everything we needed and weren't missing anything. I think Katherine went above and beyond with her service and will definitely be booking with her again.

Kat was great to work with! She provided a lot of good information prior to booking to help with our cruise selection. There were 8 of us going, so there was a lot to coordinate to get us all booked and in neighboring rooms. Kat was also willing to help book other aspects of our vacation if we needed her to. Booking and making payments was very easy. Before we left for the cruise Kat provided tips and pointers and also some details on what to except. We'll definitely use Kat again to book our next cruise.
