Jennifer was great in getting us secured for this hotel for my sons travel basketball tournament. This was a very busy time in Miami and everything was booked and she was able to secure us a room in a beautiful hotel which we were extremely happy with. It came with breakfast which was an added benefit! Excellent travel agent!

Because we booked through Jenny they gave us a free upgrade from the lowest price Island View room to an Oceanfront room on the top floor. What an incredible view it had. We have stayed there many times since it opened in 2005, but have never had that nice of a room as it costs about $900 more than a regular room. So glad we had Jenny book it for us this time instead of doing it ourselves, and besides saving $900 on the room we got a $100 resort credit for free and a welcome fruit tray in the room, and they treated us like royalty. It pays to hire Jenny. Great job Jenny!
