Curator’s statement
The Breakers Palm Beach is special to me because it reflects everything I love about being born and raised in Florida: timeless beauty, coastal elegance, and that easy, sunshine-filled lifestyle. It feels like a more polished version of the Florida I grew up with, where everything is thoughtful but still relaxed. I’ve spent time there enjoying long lunches, dinners, and afternoon tea, and taking short drives over to Worth Avenue for shopping, which always feels like a moment. It also has a deeper meaning for me, as my great-grandfather used to bring my dad here, so it’s something that feels connected to my family. Around the holidays, it’s especially magical, and it’s one of those places I find myself going back to year after year.

The Breakers Palm Beach is one of those places that just makes you feel so lucky to be from Florida. I’ve been coming here for years, but my last trip in December 2025 felt extra special. Every day, they had someone out with these beautiful wild birds, and I swear I stopped in my tracks every single time. It was one of those little moments you don’t forget and that just made the whole stay feel magical.

For families, it’s honestly the best. My kids learned how to scuba dive here at such a young age right in the pool, which is a memory I’ll always love. If the ocean is calm, they can even go out there, too. The kids' club does the sweetest things like tie-dyeing shirts, and around the holidays the whole lawn is decorated with lights. It’s something I look forward to every single year.

School's in session
When we were there in December, they even had a holiday festival on the beach one day with games, bounce houses, and all kinds of fun activities for the kids. It felt like a little beachfront carnival and was such a fun surprise. At the same time, I love that I can sneak away to the adult pool, open my book, and have a quiet moment to myself. It really gives you both.
At the beach, there is so much to do. We love to go paddleboarding, relax in a bungalow, or just enjoy how beautiful and private it all feels. And if you go, book the beach bungalows early—they always go fast.
One of my favorite little traditions here is in the mornings. Coffee is served in the lobby. While my kids are still sleeping in, my husband and I always make a point to go down, sit there with my coffee, and catch up on emails while reminiscing. It’s become one of those quiet moments we really love, especially during the holidays when everything is decorated and just feels extra cozy and special.

My morning coffee spot
The food is such a highlight. We had the best lunches at Ocean House. We enjoyed Cuban-style nachos, tuna poke bowls, fish tacos, BLTs, and, of course, Key lime pie and their ice cream sandwich that you just have to order. The Beach Club that is also a poolside restaurant was being redone, which will be so fun to see next time. Try to plan one dinner around sunset at Ocean House or Beach Club. It’s one of those moments you don’t forget.

Beach Club restaurant in the distance
One night we went to the Seafood Bar, which is literally a bar wrapped around a giant fish tank—like you’re having a cocktail and a fish is casually swimming by judging you. We also did the Italian restaurant on property. I could eat burrata and tomatoes with that gorgonzola pear salad forever, plus chicken parmesan, snapper piccata, pizza, tiramisu, cappuccinos, and little cannolis. It's a fun restaurant to order everything and share with the table.
Off property, we went to Café L’Europe for braised short ribs and soufflé and Renato’s Palm Beach for risotto, Dover sole, linguine with clams, and tiramisu.

Shopping is part of the experience here. It's a quick drive to Royal Poinciana Plaza. LoveShackFancy is a must. Then head over to Worth Avenue, where you’ll find Lilly Pulitzer, Ralph Lauren, and Tiffany & Co., if you’re in the mood for a special gift or just browsing.
And one of those classic Florida spots I always love pointing out is Maus & Hoffman, a luxury men’s clothing store that’s been around for decades and is such a staple in both Naples (where I’m from) and Palm Beach.
Fun fact that makes this area even more iconic: Lilly Pulitzer actually started her business right here in Palm Beach and was close friends with Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.
Breakfast deserves its own moment, and, when you book through me, it’s included. It’s one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever been to. You’re sitting in this stunning ballroom that feels so grand, and there’s so much history behind it. The hotel was rebuilt after multiple fires over the years, which somehow makes it feel even more iconic when you’re sitting there starting your day.

One of my favorite spots, where breakfast is served
If you’re thinking about coming during the holidays, just know it books up very quickly. It’s absolutely worth it, but definitely something to plan ahead for.
If you golf, this is your place. The course dates back to 1897 and has been beautifully updated while keeping its history. The academy is incredible, and lunch or dinner at Flagler Steakhouse is a must. Can’t beat their lobster chowder, blue crab dumplings, stone crab claws, filet, lobster tail, creamed spinach, and desserts like tres leches and carrot cheesecake.
Between golf, pickleball, tennis, the spa (which truly makes you say wow), beach bungalows, and all the little thoughtful details, it’s just one of those places that does everything right.

Look at this wedding setup I stumbled upon.
And people love this part: Over the years, The Breakers Palm Beach has hosted guests like Franklin D. Roosevelt, John F. Kennedy, Winston Churchill, and members of the Rockefeller family. You can really feel that history when you’re there.
This is perfect for families who want luxury without it feeling stuffy, couples celebrating something special, or honestly anyone who loves that classic Palm Beach lifestyle. At some point you’ll look around and think, should I just stay here?
It also has a deeper meaning for me. My great-grandfather from Chicago used to bring my dad here every year, and my dad still loves telling those stories. So every time I go, it feels like continuing that tradition. I’ve also been here for a work conference through my husband’s job that was incredible, and I’ve seen weddings here with ocean views and ballrooms filled with flowers that are just stunning. It’s one of those properties I love planning for clients because I know it delivers every single time.

Another wedding with the view—you couldn't get much better than this
And when you book through me, you’ll not only get breakfast included, but also a resort credit to use at the spa or restaurants—which you will absolutely use—and an automatic upgrade if it's available. I can book work functions or help you with your wedding.
It’s one of those places that just feels like Florida at its very best!
