Curator’s statement
Naples will always hold a special place in my heart. I was born and raised here, and I still call it home today. I’ve been visiting this stretch of beach since I was a kid, back when it was the beloved Naples Beach Club. As a Four Seasons Preferred Partner, I absolutely had to check out the transformation into the new Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort. It’s been incredible to see such a meaningful place reimagined with the Four Seasons touch while still honoring the spirit of the original.

Growing up in Naples, Florida felt like living inside a beach-town daydream. My childhood memories are wrapped up in places like Venetian Village, where we’d watch dolphins glide by the docks, and Waterside Shops, where weekend errands somehow felt glamorous under the palm trees and fountains. And of course, Tin City, with its weathered boardwalks and old-Florida charm, was practically a rite of passage.
Beyond that, Naples was all about experiences—sunset cruises on the Naples Princess, offshore fishing trips that felt like full-day adventures, kayaking or paddleboarding through the mangroves, renting a boat out to Keewaydin or Marco, jet skiing around the back bays, and endless afternoons on the beach with crystal-clear Gulf water and the softest white sand.
And of course… golfing. Lots of golfing.

The Four Seasons Naples Beach Club
That’s why watching the transformation from the old Naples Beach Club to the new Four Seasons Naples Beach Club Resort has been so surreal and special. I grew up coming to this exact spot, and now as a Four Seasons Preferred Partner, getting to experience it reimagined through this new lens has been incredible.

Between drinks at the bar, dinner in The Merchant Room, and catching that golden-hour glow at the Sunset Bar, it still holds the same spirit—just elevated. The pork dish in The Merchant Room is a favorite, and the view at the Sunset Bar feels like every childhood sunset… just with a perfect cocktail in hand.

Dining & drinks
I also popped into the newly reopened HB’s at the resort, and it is such a vibe. I started with the spicy tuna wraps, finished with the scallops, and everyone at the table was as happy as could be. What made it even better is their commitment to local sourcing. They partner with Farmer Mike’s (yes, the same place we all go for the haunted corn maze), Jimmy P’s for amazing steaks, and most of their seafood comes straight from local fishermen. Everything tastes unbelievably fresh, and it all feels connected to the Naples community I grew up in.

HB's
And then that sunset… sitting right on top of the water at HB’s, watching the sky melt into pinks and golds while the waves roll in, felt like the most perfect Naples moment. Familiar, nostalgic, and completely magical.
For someone who grew up on these shores, seeing this place evolve while still honoring its roots has been something truly special.

A few quick tips for Naples
Definitely make reservations ahead of time, especially for dinners and sunset activities—they fill up fast in season.
Book any boat tours, fishing trips, or spa appointments early, too.
And don’t forget plenty of sunscreen and even an extra swimsuit… you’ll use both more than you think in the Florida sun.
