As always, Jenna was fantastic. She was able to help us lock in a night at our favorite hotel (Grand Bohemian) and even secured us an upgrade with other amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable than last time. Jenna was super helpful leading up to (and the day of) the trip when we had questions about check in which helped us feel like we could enjoy our short time away instead of feeling stressed about the details.

We had never been to Gatlinburg, TN before but had a general idea of what we wanted to do. Not only did she find the perfect home for our family (which included a swing-set for our toddler & a fenced in yard for the dogs), she also created an itinerary to help us organize activities to ensure everyone had fun! She is knowledgeable, responsive, organized, and most of all - she cares deeply about her clients. Jenna's attention to detail is top notch regardless of how big or small the trip.
