Jamie anticipated details we never would have thought of ourselves, and everything she suggested ended up being spot-on.

Upon arrival at Nizuc, we could immediately see the impact of Jamie’s planning. The check-in process was seamless, our room location was perfect, and small personalized touches made it feel as though the resort already knew us.

The staff at Nizuc were attentive and warm throughout our stay, and it was clear Jamie had communicated our preferences ahead of time. From dinner reservations suggestions, spa treatments to suggestions on how to make the most of the property, we always felt taken care of by both Jamie and the resort team. Overall, it was one of the most thoughtfully curated trips we have taken, and we highly recommend working with Jamie Pond and staying at Nizuc Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a truly personalized, luxury experience.
