My Story
My travels are a medley of styles: an outdoor adventurer married to an all-inclusive resort lover, someone just as comfortable wandering a city by myself as I am organizing a group trip for my large, close-knit family. I’ve seen how big of a barrier logistics and cost can be to exploring new places—I want to help people break those down to turn that dream trip you never thought you’d be able to take into your next adventure.
Travel Style
My personal favorite way to travel is inn-to-inn hikes—it’s the best of all worlds! You wake up and eat a big, locally-inspired breakfast to fuel your hike through breathtaking scenery, explore trailside ruins and monuments and museums along the way, and end at your next inn in time to check out everything unique that town has to offer. You feel like an adventurer out of a fairy tale, and all without sacrificing access to a hot shower at the end of the day.

Walk to the Edge of Ireland: A 5-Day Hike Through the Burren to the Cliffs of Moher
The Cliffs of Moher are iconic for a reason, and the view is that much more rewarding if you get there on your own two feet. This multi-day trek will take you through the western portion of the otherworldly limestone landscape of The Burren and along the famous cliffs, stopping a series of quaint coastal Irish villages along the way. The best part? No camping. You’ll hike 50 miles over the course of a week, and always have hot showers and a real mattress at the end of the day.

Raasay Getaway: 4 Days on a Hidden Gem of an Island in Scotland’s Inner Hebrides
The Isle of Skye is known for its magical landscapes, and its little sister, Raasay is just as stunning. Only a 20-minute ferry ride from Skye, yet almost none of the crowds—you’ll feel like you have the island practically to yourself. Though perfect for the outdoor lover, the island managed to capture the heart of even my notoriously indoor-cat husband. If you’re visiting Scotland’s west coast, do not overlook or underestimate Raasay!

Hike in the Footsteps of Giants: A Week Exploring the North Irish Coast on Foot
Dramatic cliffs, castles cloaked in fog, landscapes formed by volcanoes, charming villages, countless myths about the land—North Ireland’s Causeway Coast and Glens makes you feel like you’ve stumbled into a fantasy novel. The Causeway Coast Way is the ideal multi-day hiking adventure for the traveler who wants to dip their toe into backpacking without giving up having a real bed to sleep in every night and a hot shower at the end of the day. Well-signposted throughout, it makes for an excellent solo hike, and would also make for a romantic couple’s trip or fantastic adventure with a small group of friends. Personally, this trek was the first time I traveled alone; it’s what made me understand what people mean when they describe experiences as “empowering” or say they “found themselves” on a journey.
