This was my first time using a travel advisor, and Ben made everything extremely easy for us. He initially asked our reason for the trip (anniversary vacation) and any travel preferences. Then provided several options of flights, hotels, tours and excursions to pick from. We even had items from our own wishlist that he was able to work into our plan, including booking and confirming restaurant reservations on our behalf. When it came to the actual trip, all our details were organized onto an app that was easy to reference throughout. Even when one tour didnt pan out, Ben quickly investigated, got us a refund and recommended a list of simliar activites nearby. His attentiveness is incredible and allowed us to enjoy ourselves. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a stress-free travel planning experience. Thank you, Ben!

Ben's service from booking, to flights, to hotel check-in and everything in between was exceptional. His expertise in travel made a vacation that was going to be very stressful a breeze. He was readily available for the many questions I asked before and during the trip which I can't thank him enough for. His touchpoints at each new step built excitement and created a white glove travel experience. We look forward to future bookings with Ben at the helm.

Ben was amazing and took our very vague holiday plan and turned it into a wonderful experience and handled our changes effortlessly ! A wonderful holiday delivered thanks to Ben's work!

Ben was a great resource for this trip. I was stressed out in life and needed a break but I personally didn't have the energy to get everything in order. I have never used a travel agent before, but I'll never go back after this experience. I essentially gave dates, said what I wanted to do, and gave my credit card. I had my flight booked, hotel recommendations before my cruise (since I was booking separately with points), transportation guides, recommendations for food and experiences (both on board and in the city). He even booked me last minute theater tickets while I was leaving.
Ben was there day or night for any questions I had. Not only was it stress free and easy, but it felt like there was so much discovery on the whole trip and I didn't know what I was going to find - everything was a surprise. I've never travelled like that before. Can't recommend Ben enough. Book with him. I promise you won't regret it.
