Ben Caunt

I can't rate Ben Caunt high enough. This was our first cruise and we couldn't have done it without him. Seriously, we know he made the planning and the trip more enjoyable. Ben knew we were driving to Miami so he recommended a hotel with parking in South Beach within easy driving distance to the terminal. He recommended where and how I should park before disembarkment. Ben kept us informed every step of the way and helped us at so many levels. We let him know we would be celebrating our anniversary during the cruise and he made sure to get us the best dining reservations the ship had to offer. I would defiantly recommend Ben to help anyone with their travel plans and we certainly plan to use his expertise/recommendations in the future for our next cruise.

This was my first time using a travel advisor, and Ben made everything extremely easy for us. He initially asked our reason for the trip (anniversary vacation) and any travel preferences. Then provided several options of flights, hotels, tours and excursions to pick from. We even had items from our own wishlist that he was able to work into our plan, including booking and confirming restaurant reservations on our behalf. When it came to the actual trip, all our details were organized onto an app that was easy to reference throughout. Even when one tour didnt pan out, Ben quickly investigated, got us a refund and recommended a list of simliar activites nearby. His attentiveness is incredible and allowed us to enjoy ourselves.
