Extremely fast and thorough, especially when the request for a second room was made by us just 36 hours in advance. Really appreciated how quickly Arin got back to us, as well as her making dinner reservations and securing our Falconry experience (activity offered by resort). We enjoyed and appreciated the resort credits that came from booking with Arin, as well as her support after our sub par check-in experience. Ultimately, Arin called on our behalf and was able to get us our dinner refunded as a comp, and a guaranteed upgrade for a future stay. This was awesome and extremely appreciated!

Booking with Arin was amazing. She handled every detail for our trip, met with us multiple times, and worked with us to ensure we got the right vibe, itinerary, and preferences for our trip. Every place we stayed she amazed us even more with a special surprise welcome and just extra touches that made the whole trip such a white glove experience. Even when there were some tiny issues with activity bookings with 3rd parties, she immediately and promptly fixed the issues for us even being multiple time zones apart.

As someone who always plans every detail of every group trip I ever go on, it was a life changing breath of relief for someone else to do it for me and do it at my same level, actually even better level (and I don't easily humbly say that). Arin has been to so many places she is planning for, which is immensely helpful when you are traveling somewhere for the first time and don't have your own insights. She has the best tips and insights.

We worked with Arin for our honeymoon in Hawaii and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Arin planned our 10-day vacation perfectly - she knew all the best spots, and absolutely catered it to what we shared were our preferences. Arin was so excited for us to enjoy Hawaii, and this was so clear from her incredible planning skills!

Arin was quick to respond, always interested in feedback and genuinely leaned into curating a trip that was perfect for us and our budget. She was realistic, helped us understand the different parts of the travel (ie travel times, prices, how certain tours will feel and how certain locations might be better for our vision vs what we may have thought we wanted).

I believe Arin is so well traveled herself, so coupling that with her insanely good social grace and skill set, she was able to capture the things most important to us and bring it to life. Our trip is something we really feel is bookmarked into our memory, and with that said, we will be using Arin’s expertise going forward as it was monumental in our ability to try new things and “trust the process” as we toured southern Italy in stress-free style.
