Alex was AMAZING! We initially reached out in December 2024 and didn't officially get started planning until June because we were trying to figure out who all in our family was able to make it. She was patient with us while we tried to get everything in order, and provided so much research based off our questions. We really struggled picking dates and where we wanted to go, and her knowledge about everywhere on the list was super helpful. She spent a ton of time getting us comfortable with our options. Once we decided on Capri and Sorrento, she shared numerous amounts of hotels with us, and helped us land on the perfect options. She read countless reviews to make sure what we were looking at, had all of the details we were looking for in a stay. We did a couple facetimes/video chats to discuss through what we wanted to do, and she was great at listening to what we were looking for, putting together a perfect itinerary for an amazing trip. Our dad struggles getting around, so she made sure he had accommodations every step of the way which was super helpful for getting around Italy! There were no gaps in our itinerary - we knew exactly where we were supposed to be at all times and she had everything coordinated - transportation, hotels, taxis - everything went so smoothly. She executed everything perfectly - and we could've never done it without her. We appreciate all of the time and energu she put into it, especially after she welcomed her daughter while we were plannign the trip. We can't wait to work with her on our next big trip, and couldn't recommend her more!!
