Susan got me the best hotel--without me even knowing there was one within my budget! She was very attentive to my travel preferences and anticipated my needs. Very service oriented, this is reflective of her life resume: she told me she was a stay at home mom of 4 kids for 25 years and to this day still manages her husband's business, too! Plus, all of her years of discovering countries have made travel planning second nature to her. She is the new best kept secret in the travel agent world!
