The staff is amazing and we received the highest level of service here. Everyone bends over backwards to do whatever needed to make your stay incredibly memorable. And they are genuinely happy to help.
There are to many employees to mention by name and I don’t want to leave anyone out, but each of them are 5 star trained and it shows!
The hotel is stunning all the rooms smartly decorated and appear fresh and new. The bathrooms are open and airy.
We loved the restaurant, exciting traditional Cambodian food we especially loved the use of the local pepper pods in the shrimp and squid coconut curry. The breakfast were delicious and with everything homemade. There are the most wonderful swinging chair/tables you can laze the day in or eat dinner.
We used the good size pool a few times and it was appreciated as we enjoy swimming laps for exercise.
They give you free use of a tuk tuk during your stay as well as a phone to call the hotel when you need a ride, greeting you always “back home” with a cool flower scented infused washcloth
The spa is excellent and we were treated to a free service of our choice every day we were there...what a special treat. In addition we were given free laundry service.
Need to know
This hotel knows how to serve and in my opinion could even quality as a 6 star! Thank you Jaya House and know you are doing everything right.
