We worked with Lucas Mittenentzwei to plan our Spring Break week on the Big Island of Hawaii, and he was fantastic from start to finish. Lucas helped us find hotels, suggested restaurants and activities, and made the whole process feel seamless and thoughtful. He was communicative, responsive, and genuinely attentive to our interests and needs—especially important since we were traveling with two teenagers.

From the beginning, Lucas made sure all his recommendations fit within the budget we discussed, and he followed up with the hotels ahead of our arrival to confirm the details. One especially memorable moment: it was our older teen’s birthday during the trip, and Lucas arranged for the Outrigger hotel to surprise him with a beautiful fresh fruit display in our room. That extra touch made a big impression.
