I just returned from a Douro River Cruise with Uniworld and I’m still blown away by the experience. The food was unbelievably delicious, the ship itself was gorgeous and comfortable, and every excursion was thoughtfully planned and truly memorable. Karen made our trip incredible. Way beyond our expectations. Every detail was planned perfectly, including a personal note in our room. We also received a fruit tray with dark chocolate and port wine! To our surprise breakfast was also included. She spoiled us!!!

Karen was incredible. Everything was absolutely perfect. The timing of the flights, The restuarant recommendations, the hotel recommendation was one of the best we have stayed at in our lives. She got our room upgraded to a junior suite overlooking the Sea - it was absolutely an incredible trip.
